Paiste: 2002 Wild Cymbals
Paiste: 2002 14” Wild Hats – Strong and powerful, yet sensitive.
The 2002 Wild Hats are very strong and powerful, yet sensitive hi-hat cymbals that are well-suited for today’s rock and metal genres. Their sound character is metallic, icy, full, and piercing. Fairly wide range with a complex mix. The Paiste Wild hi-hats are very responsive in feeling with a roaring open sound and a sharp, dark, and cutting stick sound.

Paiste: 2002 20″ Wild Ride – Ideal for forceful playing styles like rock and metal.
The Paiste 2002 Wild Ride cymbal is well-suited for forceful playing, especially in rock and metal. This cymbal delivers a pronounced, crispy ping over a loud, massive, icy wash in a wide range with a complex mix. The 2002 Ride has a huge, dirty sound that’s very loud and aggressive when crashed. I t has an even feel, is very responsive, and has a full, rich, aggressive sound.

Paiste: 2002 Classic Black Big Beat Cymbals Logo
Also I’d LOVE to see the original classic 2002’s silkscreened logo in BLACK just like the cool ‘Big Beat’ cymbals logo, and NOT the dated big red square logo. I like to see the 2002 go back to their original classic roots and go back to small classic All-Black logo. Just like the classy 30th Anniversary Special Edition 2002 John Bonham 1970’s Cymbals Set Paiste re-issued in 2001. The large red square logo is totally dated and completely detracts from the beauty of the cymbals. I’ve been requesting going back to the classic logo design for years! Less is MORE!
